Binah Balls

Ingredients:

2 cups of dried figs
2 cups of dates - check for seeds
2 cups of dried apricots
2 cups of dried mixed fruit
1 cup of almonds
1 cup of pepitas (pumpkin seeds)
1 cup of sunflower seeds

Method:
Combine all the ingredients together using a food processor
Roll into balls
Cover with desiccated coconut
Chill and serve

Binah is a Hebrew Goddess that means understanding or intelligence. 

She is the supernatural mother who takes the raw directionless energy

of the supernatural father (Chokmah) and gives it form and manifestation.
