Ingredients:

3 cups self raising flour

250g Nuttelex or other vegan margarine

1 cup icing sugar

1/4 cup cocoa

 

Method:

Melt margarine

Sift flour, cocoa and icing sugar together and mix well with margarine

Knead the dough for about a minute, adding more flour if the mixture gets too sticky

Roll into small balls and press onto an oven tray lined with baking paper

Bake in oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden

 

Makes about 20
